おはようございます！
Ignitesにゅーかまー、新人のEmmaです笑。よろしくお願いしますm(_ _)m
いよいよ秋の香りが近付いてきた感じで、朝汗ダクで目覚めることがなくなりましたね笑(^^)。
この季節が、私は大好きなんですが、年間を通して一番体調を崩しやすい時期に突入する時期であることも否めず、より体調管理にも目を向けなきゃといったところです。
ここ近年私は喉と気管支にやってくる傾向です。ボーカリストたるやいただけませんな笑。
あ、Ignitesではキーボーディストやった笑。えっ、ボーカルも？あっ、コーラスも？？
体調崩してるバヤイやないです笑。必死のパッチです笑。
一般的にも季節の変わり目であったり、冬へ向けて気温が下がってくるので皆さんも気を付けましょうね(^^)ノ
まぁ、それにしても、秋といえばご飯が旨い笑！いや、常に旨いけども笑。
昨日、和食さとに行ったんですよ。そしたらすっかり秋メニューになってて、お膳をいただきましたが、季節の天麩羅に季節のお刺身、茶碗蒸しなど、とっても美味しくいただきました♪
お店で食べるとちょっとずつ色んな種類が食べれるのも魅力です。こんな風に家でもできるといいのになーって思いながら、思うだけです笑。
とりとめのないお話でした笑。
もうすぐ初めて全員揃ってのセッション！気愛！！
